Welcome to CasaDuna.com. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Property Use: Guests must adhere to the property rules as outlined in Exhibit A of the Rental Agreement.
2. Reservations & Payments: Reservations can be made by contacting us through this website, or by directly emailing casadunabaja@gmail.com. Reservations are only confirmed after signing a Rental Agreement and paying the initial deposit to secure a booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds: 50% of the deposit to secure a reservation is non-refundable and due at booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to rental start date. If a guest has paid in full and wishes to cancel their reservation between 60 and 30 days prior to rental start date, the second deposit of 50% will be refunded. No refunds if a guest cancels less than 30 days prior to rental start date.
4. Liability: The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By signing a Rental Agreement, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
